When Paul Keating was booked for the National Press Club of Australia on 15 March 2023 for a conversation on AUKUS, I don't think anyone quite appreciated just how savage an appearance it would be. In little over an hour Keating managed to roast everyone - the Government, the Coalition, the media, the UK and the US. There were plenty of hurt feelings, as the tantrums thrown by many of the media outlets will attest. Because not everyone has time to sit through the full hour or so, I've condensed things down to a semi-tight 10 mins or so.
