Click on Owen Jones, 'Ori Goldberg:It's its much better to be Israeli than Iranian. But we are under actual fire. okay. I'm thinking I think we are. Owen Jones:Are you safe to talk? Ori Goldberg:I am. I am. I sent my son to go shelter downstairs. I think we're done. Seriously, I don't. Owen Jones: Last thing I want to do is put your safety at risk. Ori Goldberg: No, no, dude. I'm good. I'm good. My son is… I have one of my kids with me and he is 15 and he's just gone down to shelter, but as far as I can tell, we're about done. The sirens have stopped and there are no more booms. There are reports that some rockets have hit in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area, which is where I am. but we don't know what they've hit yet. Uh this is getting much more intense than it has been so far because so far it we haven't been under direct fire from Lebanon where I live.
Apparently…… but then again you don't really know because Israeli authorities are not great at telling their own citizens the truth. We can't really tell what we're doing and where. Owen Jones: Israel is preparing for at least five more weeks of war with Iran according to reports on Israeli television. What does that even look like given the devastation of course what we're already seeing against the people in Iran but also the economic question which we did we did a separate video on but the oil price you know spiking and all the rest of it. But we've not talked much. I've not talked much about enough maybe about Israel on this channel in terms of the latest war with Iran. We focused on the US but there's no better person to talk about what's going on with Israel in Israel as regards this war on Iran than the brilliant analyst Ori Goldberg. Many of you will have heard his analysis on this channel during Israel's genocide over the last two and a half hideous years. But always full of so much wisdom, integrity, um you know, moral integrity, more more clarity and insight. We were just about to start the interview, he was under bombardment........
